Service Description

All levels Vinyasa flow is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using your breath. It is commonly referred to as "flow" yoga. These practices often repeat series of poses and involve increasing the body heat and building strength. These practices have both physical and mental benefits. Physically, sweat releases toxins and re-energizes our bodies. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout our bodies.
