About Us

Just Breathe Yoga Studio opened its doors outside of Camp Lejeune in the Topsail Beach/Sneads Ferry area in August 2018. The studio offers yoga classes, individualized instruction, and  workshops while welcoming anyone willing to show up on their mat to sweat, grow, relax, and just breathe. 

Our instructors seek to create a safe space for each member of the community to calm their thoughts through meditation and movement and create connections between the mind, body, and soul. We also offer a variety of classes to meet yogis of every level with dedication, compassion, and understanding.

RYT500 Instructor

Brandy first stepped onto her yoga mat to maintain a tangible physical fitness regimen but quickly noticed the positive effects it had on her anxiety and job related stress. Her passion for yoga grew. She enrolled in a 200 Hour Kunga Teacher Training program in 2017 and opened Just Breathe Yoga Studio in August 2018. In 2020, Brandy completed her 300 Hour Kunga Leadership Teacher Training program certifiying her as a RYT500 instructor and studied under E-RYT500 Kristen Cooper-Gulak and E-RYT500 Jessica Biechler. Brandy is grateful that she has the opportunity to learn from past and present yogis, and she hopes to share the tools, teachings, and knowledge that have been gifted to her with the  community. 

RYT 300 Instructor

Lexi is a yoga instructor trained in Bali. She has been practicing since she was 12, has a childhood background in dance and gymnastics, and was a triathlete at the Naval Academy. She is currently a Marine and teaches yoga at Just Breathe to help yogis find mental, emotional, and physical strength through balance.  She believes every yogi knows their body best and encourages people to breathe, find balance, and seek courage and light so they can help others do the same.

RYT200 Instructor

Noelle is a 200 Hour certified yoga instructor.  She obtained her Yoga Alliance certification in Thailand at Marina Yoga.  Noelle enjoys teaching many styles of yoga including Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa. Noelle grew up on a small family-owned farm in New York. She started practicing yoga to manage pain from old injuries and to improve her Jiu-Jitsu. After practicing regularly she realized that yoga is a valuable practice with benefits that reach far beyond the physical body. Yoga is the practice she needed to create balanced in her life. Noelle enjoys many physically and mentally demanding hobbies. Yoga helps her maintain the strenghth, focus, and helath that she needs for hobbies such as snowboarding, horseback ridign, Jiu-Jitsu, art, and academics. Noelle hopes that through her teachings she can help individuals find stillness.
